Reclaiming identity is often misunderstood.
It is framed as selfishness.
As abandonment.
As weakness.
But in truth, it is repair.
Many women were never taught how to choose themselves without guilt. We learned to measure worth by sacrifice and endurance. Over time, responsibility replaced identity, and the pot was left unattended.
Honoring the Pot
Honoring your pot does not require a dramatic exit from your life. It begins with recognition.
With naming your needs.
With noticing your limits.
With remembering who you are beneath the roles.
Reclaiming yourself is not about doing less, it is about doing from wholeness.
Returning Is Enough
This week invites a gentle return.
Not to perfection.
Not to a former version of yourself.
But to presence.
The pot does not need to be new.
It needs to be honored.
Next, we will begin to integrate what it means to live from a reclaimed identity and prepare for the work of strength.
Slowly.
Intentionally.
Together.
